Construction Project Vertical Governance Based On BIM

With China accelerating the pace of informationization and industrialization in the construction industry,BIM is playing an increasingly important role.The application of BIM greatly enhances the integration of construction project information and provides an efficient platform for information sharing,evaluation and collaboration for the project participants,providing opportunities and challenges for the transformation of the entire construction industry.The promotion of government policy for BIM,Internet +and other information technology at this stage greatly improves the enthusiasm of BIM's application.But how to implement BIM scientifically and rationally,so that BIM can provide best value,this problem should be resolved from the governance level.This paper mainly studies the implementation of construction project's vertical governance based on BIM from the perspective of contract governance dimension and relationship governance dimension.First of all,through the literature review of BIM,project governance,project vertical governance,the paper recognize the research value and the complementary advantages of the two: BIM and construction project vertical governance.Studies have shown that project governance is positively related to project performance.With the continuous maturity of BIM application,it will greatly improve the information symmetry among the construction project entities,alleviate and avoid the occurrence of principal-agent problems,and directly affect the vertical governance's effect of construction projects.Secondly,the paper expounds the correspondences of vertical governance and BIM application by analyzing the core problems and causes of the vertical governance of construction projects,combining with the functional characteristics of BIM,and designs a construction project vertical governancemechanism from the two dimensions of contract and relationship.Then,the paper analyzes the principles and criteria for the vertical governance of the construction project,and establishes a principal-agent model to explore the choice of project procurement mode and contract type of the construction project with BIM applied,and then determines the risk-sharing mechanism of contract governance.After that the compensation mechanism of contract governance is analyzed from the static and dynamic aspects.The paper also designs and builds a cloud-based BIM platform for lifecycle information exchange and analyzes the improvement effect of BIM platform on the vertical relationship of construction project participants.Afterwards,the paper provides some optimization measures and suggestions for the construction project's vertical governance from the government level,industry level and the owner level.Finally,this paper analyzes the feasibility,practicability and scientificity of the vertical governance mechanism and means of the construction project through case study.This paper studies the vertical governance mechanism and its implementation of construction project based on BIM,not only provides a favorable operating system and framework for project management,improves the performance level of construction project,but also has a certain guiding effect of the promotion and application of BIM in the construction industry.
