The Diamond Saw Blades.with large diameter(diameter?2000mm)are the primary tools for stone mining,which directly determines the level of production efficiency,but also affect their own life.Due to ratio of the blade diameter and thickness is usually larger than 200,which belongs to the sheet metal tools,so bending ability is limited.If the flatness and distribution of internal stress in blade manufacturing cannot meet the actual requirements,they could cause vibration in high speed cutting.Once the frequency is close to cutting resistance,or other external excitation frequency,resonance will occur,the amplitude will increase rapidly,not only generate noise pollution,but also affect the service life of the saw blade,and even poses a severe security vulnerability to the operator or equipment.Therefore,the study on dynamic characteristics of large diameter circular saw blade and realize the online testing of rotation vibration characteristics under the high-speed will be beneficial to solve these problems.Firstly,a study on dynamic characteristic of circular saw blades conducted on three groups saw blades with the diameter of ? 2000mm,?2500mm,?3600mm,through experimental modal analysis and dynamic analysis method.Then the large diameter circular saw blade vibration detection and dynamic stiffness testing system is designed based on LabVIEW platform,the stability of large diameter circular saw quantitative detection will be achieved.The details are as follows:(1)Study on dynamic characteristics of large-diameter diamond saw blades.Dynamic signal DH5922 testing system will be used to capture the dynamic characteristics of circular saw blades,and DHMA modal analysis software will be used to analysis these data then we can get 1-10 frequencies,each vibration mode and damping ratios,established the dynamics equation of circular saw blades,parameter theory of dynamic characteristic can be obtained based on Matlab numerical solution.The experimental results are compared with the theoretical value,the results showed that the error about the various experimental and theoretical calculation of natural frequency is less than 3%,error of each vibration mode is less than 5%,verify the practicability of Kinetic equations for large diameter circular saw blades,provides a theoretical basis for the design of the transverse vibration testing system of circular saws.(2)Study on transverse vibration testing system of diamond circular saw blade.Testing system consists of the hardware platform,control system,and software.Software is the most important part,it includes hardware self-test module,analysis part of transverse vibration of circular saw blades,signal preprocessing module,database operations module,analysis of test results and technical documentation output module.Analysis of the amplitude for large diameter circular saw blades at the same speed through the detection system,the recommended optimum operating speed and the vibration within recommended speed,which can guide the production of circular saw blade.(3)Study on the dynamic stiffness method of diamond circular saw blade.First design the dynamic impact device,then calculated the vibration duration within the amplitude range through real-time detecting amplitude and judging design timing algorithm,This aims at studying capacity of resistance to external impacts on the large diameter circular saw blade with the high-speed rotation.(4)The tests results based on Measurement and Automation Explorer of LabVIEW software compared with the test results of the detection system,the reliability of the testing system will be analysis,The study on dynamic characteristics and the design of vibration testing system of this paper,quantitative detection of performance parameters of large diameter circular saw blade can be realized,this also plays a guiding role for hammering,rolling,machining process optimization,improve production efficiency,it also improves the quality of processing of large diameter circular saw blades.The research results have certain engineering value.
