As the "Internet+","made in China 2025" and "One Belt And One Road" policy releasing,to the transformation and upgrading,the supply side of the building materials industry reform the target is determined.The development of the building materials industry operation has important significance for the national economy as a whole,brick and tile industry is one of the important pillar industry of our country building materials industry,in also play an important role in the economic construction of our country.The implementation of the "Internet+" and to that of the 2025 valid fusion,made in China for building materials industry transformation and upgrading of production and operation management,and has important theoretical and practical significance.At present,China's economy after entering the new normal,industrial structure adjustment is imminent.The development of construction industry is closely related to national economy,must need to industry transformation and business model innovation actively,so as to adapt to China's economic development under the new normal.This paper takes Hunan Tianrong tile company as an example,the carding and on the basis of the review of related literature at home and abroad,find the breakthrough point of the analysis and research of this article,using the "Internet+" and the production management related theory,analyzed the development situation of brick and tile industry,focus on analysis of the development of Hunan Tianrong tile company,summarizes the periodic characteristics of the feasibility of the implementation of "Internet+" preliminary analysis;Then,by using the SWOT analysis method,the problems in operation management are found,and the difficulties are analyzed and the reasons are explored.Analysis results show that the Hunan Tianrong tile company is faced with the management of the personnel quality is not high in chaos traditional difficulties,such as building materials market is faced with offline development platform online business expansion and new problems such as the expansion of the field;Finally,standing on the manager's point of view,combined with the analytical results and practical experience,to clarify the Hunan Tianrong tile future operations of the company focus,exploring on the Internet,proposed the Hunan Tianrong tile company informatization scheme based on " Internet+",based on the scientific and feasible to the company the actual technical route,and formulate implementation of a set of scientific and feasible for its " Internet+"strategy,build the harmony with Hunan Tianrong company's own characteristics of management information system,in order to improve the company's operating management level and core competitiveness of the company.
