Research On Recreation Evaluation Of Comprehensive Park In Chengdu

With the rapid development of China's economy,prompting the arrival of the era of recreation,the recreation demand of urban residents become more increased and diversified.Urban comprehensive parks will undoubtedly act as the most important place for urban residents to carry out recreational activities.Despite the increasing number of urban comprehensive parks,but some parks are increasingly deserted.Under the background of recreation and leisure times,it is the urgent problem for urban comprehensive parks to play recreational function better.In recent years,Chengdu is proposed to the goal to create "the world modern garden city".With the large scale construction of urban green space,the increasing number of urban comprehensive parks has been renovated and constructed.Under this background,the research on the recreation evaluation of comprehensive parks in Chengdu city will enrich the recreational study of comprehensive parks in theory and provide recommendations for the construction of comprehensive parks in practice.Based on the investigation and analysis of typical comprehensive parks in Chengdu,the evaluation indexes were optimized by consulting literatures,combining with field investigation method and expert consultation method.This paper established the evaluation index system of comprehensive parks' recreation that were composed with 22 evaluation indexes from recreation environment,recreation space,recreation landscape,recreation routes,recreation facilities and recreation experience.By the analytic hierarchy process to construct the paired comparison judgment matrix,the study determined the weight of the evaluation index with the findings of 10 experts and analyzed the weights of evaluation indexes in criterion layer and index layer.The scoring criteria of indicators could be defined by consulting the relevant norms and research results.Based on the characteristics of indicators,the index partition was devided into subjective and objective indicators.The subjective indicators were scored mainly through issueing questionnaires to tourists in park.The objective indicators were scored mainly through combining data collection,field exploration and expert assessment The results of recreation evaluations of urban comprehensive parks were obtained by integrating the scores of subjective and objective indicators.On the basis of the recreation evaluation system of urban comprehensive parks,the study found that the recreation evaluation results of People's Park,Cultural Park,Xinhua Park,Baihuatan Park in Chengdu.The evaluation results showed that the value of Cultural Park was the highest and the evaluation level was better.The value of Xinhua Park and Baihuatan Park was following,belonging to the general level.And the value of People's Park was the lowest,belonging to the bad level The level of four comprehensive parks from high to low order was that:Cultural Park>Xinhua Park>Baihuatan Park>People's Park.By analyzing the evaluation results of the four comprehensive parks in Chengdu,the study summed up the current recreation situation of comprehensive parks in Chengd.It could be helpful to put forward suggestions on comprehensive parks in Chengdu from the recreation environment,recreation space,recreation landscape,recreation routes,recreation facilities,recreation experience,so as to provide reference for the construction of comprehensive parks in Chengdu.
