| In the precast concrete filled steel tube concrete shear wall structure,it will produce more joints,and the mechanical properties of the joints have a great influence on the overall stability and seismic performance of the structure.The performance of the node directly influences the promotion and application of this kind of structure.The research on the grouting sleeve with independent intellectual property rights is carried out to explore the failure mode and the mechanical characteristics of the device which is connected with the sleeve of the tube.The tensile bearing capacity of the specimens was studied by the test of the diameter of the 27 inner tube,the outer diameter of the tube,the 146 mm,and the thickness of the inner and outer wall of the 8mm..According to the difference between the strength of the grouting material in the sleeve and the length of the inner and outer pipe,the test piece is divided into nine groups,and then,the influence factors of different grouting material strength and different anchorage length are studied.The influence factors on the bearing capacity,the bond strength and the displacement of the connecting device of the connecting device of the steel tube concrete column are studied..Test results show:The axial force of the steel tube filled with concrete filled steel tube is filled with the high strength grouting material in the gap between the steel tube,the damage of the grouting material is shear failure,sleeve pipe did not occur in the phenomenon.With the increase of the strength of the grouting material,the shear strength of the shear force between the sleeve is increased.,The bearing capacity of the specimen increases.With the increase of anchorage length,bear the shear force of the filling material area increases,and so the bearing capacity of the specimen increases. |
