As an important part of both DC power supply system and a communication system,it is indispensable for an independent backup power.When the DC charger system is failure,the battery can be guaranteed for the substation automation equipment,information and communication,protection equipment,emergency lighting and uninterrupted power supply.If the DC system is lost,it will inevitably lead to the protection of equipment malfunction or refuse to move,information communication interrupt,the substation into a state of paralysis,and even cause unnecessary casualties and property losses.Therefore,this paper defines the linkage of the battery,summarizes and analyzes the factors that affect the service life of the battery,and puts forward the method of on-line monitoring and maintenance.Analysis and comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the AC and DC test method to detect the battery internal resistance,and ultimately determine the discharge testing battery internal resistance by DC instantaneous packet.It defines the concept of the internal resistance of the battery dispersion,which provides a new reference for the next step analysis and prediction performance of the battery.The design of online monitoring system for the design object is completed.Hardware design includes: selection of CPU control,the design unit module,voltage module design,module design for internal resistance,temperature acquisition module design,current acquisition module design.The software design includes: the main program design,initialization program design,alarm program design,the design of each monitoring module subroutine.In the overall design of the monitoring system,put forward the strategy of network operation and give the structure of network operation through the web release,which realize standard management of battery and make the battery remote management and real-time online maintenance come ture.In data processing,large data analysis concept is proposed to the battery-line monitoring system.Propose the use of vertical and horizontal comparison compare combination of comprehensive analysis,using MATLAB simulation software to analyze the collected voltage,resistance and other parameters,using the internal resistance and the internal resistance of the entire group of dispersion to analise the changing of the battery performance,the actual substation monitoring about battery parameters and verification discharge data were compared to verify.Finally,through a comprehensive analysis of the acquisition parameters make the final determination of the status and the changes of battery performance.At the same time,achieve the substation battery voltage,cell voltage,resistance,and charge and discharge current,operating temperature and other operating parameters in real time on-line monitoring,but also make the predict of the battery performance scientifically and effectively.In the end,we analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the battery monitoring system,and put forward the prospects for its future development.
