In this paper,the research background based on the harm of harmonic,the necessity of the research on the large capacity harmonic generator is given by the analysis of the harmonic.The performance indexes of harmonic generator were described,and combined with each performance index,the main circuit structure,the control theory,the MATLAB simulation,the control circuit design,the experimental process and result of harmonic generator were studied.In this paper,the performance indexes of the harmonic generator were presented,and the design of the harmonic generator was introduced: voltage level was 400V;the DC side voltage was allowed to fluctuate 10%,rated output current was 1500A;with human-computer interaction function,it can realize the superposition of harmonic wave frequency;it can be adjusted to achieve the switching frequency;with protection function;can prevent short circuit,over voltage and other failures;adopting modular design,which is conducive to the upgrading of the equipment and the maintenance of the equipment at the time of damage.the sub module design was used.According to the performance index of the harmonic generator,the selection basis of the parameters of the main circuit,rectifier diode,IGBT and other components were given.Then,the basic theory of hysteresis current comparison control method was analyzed,the deficiencies for its control were pointed out,and combined with its shortcomings,a strategy based on space vector current hysteresis comparison and predictive current coordinated control was proposed.The specific simulation waveforms were given,which provide reference for the practical output waveform through the simulation of the superimposed waveform.After that,the control circuit design based on DSP and CPLD was given,and the layout idea of the module design and basic circuit schematic diagram were given.Finally,the specific process of the experiment and the structure diagram of the final instrument and the experimental output waveform were given,and the correctness of the instrument design was verified by comparing the results of the actual waveform output with the simulation waveform.In this paper,the output data of inverter is recorded,and the relative error is analyzed,and the output precision of the harmonic generator is less than 2%.
