The purpose of this research is to develop the Energy?Efficient LED and CCFL illumination system, compared with traditional fluorescent lamp system, and proved the high efficiency and energy saving in the production of ornamental plant tissue culture. The development of this design is taking red, blue LED and CCFL as the electric light source, using 3M super engineering grade reflective film and acrylic plate.Using the mathematics and physics knowledge to calculate functional relationships of the reflective system, and then making use the calculation results of designing different reflective systems.Reflective system and illumination system compose the illumination module.Microcomputer control system can control working time, illumination intensity and light quality proortion of Energy?Efficient illumination system.Using the tissue cultured seedlings of Gerbera jamesonii,Lilium brownii and Acer negundo Linn as experimental materials. The tissue cultured seedlings are cultivated in the different disposes of the Energy?Efficient LED and CCFL illumination system, compared with traditional fluorescent lamp system, and then discussed the effects of the different reflective systems on the growth and physiological characteristics of Gerbera jamesonii,Lilium brownii and Acer negundo Linn, and proved the practicality?energy saving?high efficiency of the Energy?Efficient illumination system in the production of ornamental plant tissue culture.1.The Energy?Efficient LED illumination system is taking red, blue LED as the electric light source,The Energy?Efficient CCFL illumination system is taking red, blue CCFL as the electric light source. Two kinds of system are making the ray reflection through the different reflective systems, the ray transformated through acrylic plate and scattered on the cultivation floor uniformly;Microcomputer control system can control illumination intensity and light quality proortion, achieved the innovation of lower energy consumption?hight efficiency in the production of ornamental plant in vitro.2.Effects of the Energy?Efficient LED illumination system on the growth of Gerbera jamesonii,Lilium brownii and Acer negundo Linn in vitro, the results showed that:Compared with the Energy?Efficient LED illumination system and traditional fluorescent lamp system, the Energy?Efficient LED illumination system is more advantageous to the growth and photosynthate accumulation of Gerbera jamesonii,Lilium brownii and Acer negundo Linn in vitro.Comparied with different reflective disposes of the Energy?Efficient LED illumination system, the results showed that, the fifth dispose is the most advantageous to the growth of Gerbera jamesonii in vitro, and the next one is the first dispose. The fifth dispose is the most advantageous to the growth of Lilium brownii in vitro, and the next one is the third dispose. The fifth dispose is the most advantageous to the growth of Acer negundo Linn in vitro, and the next one is the eighth dispose. And disposes which are using reflective procession from the first dispose to the fifth dispose are significantly better than disposes which are not using reflective procession from the sixth dispose to the eighth dispose. It showed that:LED?s characteristic of perpendicular incidence combines with reflective system of special angle dispose are not only more advantageous to the utilization rate of optical energy, but also more advantageous to the growth of Gerbera jamesonii,Lilium brownii and Acer negundo Linn in vitro.3.Effects of the Energy?Efficient CCFL illumination system on the growth of Gerbera jamesonii,Lilium brownii and Acer negundo Linn in vitro, the results showed that:Compared with the Energy?Efficient CCFL illumination system and traditional fluorescent lamp system, the Energy?Efficient CCFL illumination system is more advantageous to the growth and photosynthate accumulation of Gerbera jamesonii,Lilium brownii and Acer negundo Linn in vitro.Comparied with different reflective disposes of the Energy?Efficient CCFL illumination system, the results showed that, the sixth dispose is the most advantageous to the growth of Gerbera jamesonii in vitro, and the next one is the eighth dispose. The eighth dispose is the most advantageous to the growth of Lilium brownii in vitro, and the next one is the fourth dispose. The eighth dispose is the most advantageous to the growth of Acer negundo Linn in vitro, and the next one is the first dispose. And disposes which are using reflective procession from the first dispose to the fifth dispose are significantly worse than disposes which are not using reflective procession from the sixth dispose to the eighth dispose.the results showed that: CCFL?s characteristic is different from LED,not perpendicular incidence but 360 degree. So the Energy?Efficient CCFL illumination system is not suitable for special angle dispose.Proportional of red and blue CCFL?s perpendicular incidence is more advantageous to the growth of Gerbera jamesonii,Lilium brownii and Acer negundo Linn in vitro.4.Compared with power consumption between Energy?Efficient illumination system and traditional fluorescent lamp systemThe Energy?Efficient LED illumination system?s yearly power consumption is 3280 yuan, but the electric power cost are 11610 yuan in the traditional fluorescent lamp system in tissue culture. It means the electric power cost in Energy?Efficient LED illumination system is only 28 percents of the traditional fluorescent lamp system.Energy?Efficient LED illumination system save 72 percents yearly for tissue culture only on light source. The Energy?Efficient CCFL illumination system?s yearly power consumption is 4560 yuan.It means the electric power cost in Energy?Efficient CCFL illumination system is only 30 percents of the traditional fluorescent lamp system.Energy?Efficient CCFL illumination system save 70 percents yearly for tissue culture only on light source.
