Research On Huizhou Historical Buildings Protection Measures And Restoration Technology

Huizhou historical buildings,with a long history,are showing Huizhou history,tradtuional culture,and the craftsmens' super skills of construction and carving who were named as"Huizhou Gang".Generally speaking,Huizhou historical's buildings mainly include Huizhou dwellings,ancestral temples,academies,memorial archwaies,and ancient brigdes.Huizhou dwellings were built by the shape of mountain and were located along the water.The Huizhou villagers have been paying much attention to the harmony with nature,and choosing to build house surrounded by mountain and water under the traditional theory of Yin Yang and Five Elements of Feng Shui.Besides,they still follow Confucianism as the core of the morality.In this way,Huizhou historical buildings are not only the ancient buildings in Huizhou area,but also the ones,which were built under the influence of traditional culture of Huizhou and had some characteristics of Huizhou buildings.The object of protection technology of Huizhou historical buildings discussed in this study is a kind of protection technology in a narrow sense.It mainly refers to the protection of the three stages:before it was built,those protection concepts about site selection and layout were taken into consideration;during construction,those measures about fire safety,quakeproof,insect-resistant were taken to protect the buildings;and after the buildings were damaged,those protection measures of reinforcement were adopted to keep the buildings "longevity".Meanwhile the building repairing technology is taken to repair the damaged buildings,prolong its art life,and keep its historical information.under the backgound of ancient buildings protection and restoration theory over the world,this study is to explore Huizhou historical buildings protection measures,recovery policies as well as restoration technology.This article is divided into three parts:the first part is to study Huizhou geographical environment and its climate,explore its special microclimate which is develped by high mountains and deep valleys,and analyze the effect of high temperature and humidity on Huizhou historical buildings' surface layer of dye and the lightning protection capability.And then,this study is going to expound Huizhou historical art value and historical value in the view of Huizhou historical buildings,which is one of the impotant branches of China historical buildings.So it is necessary to take measures to repaire and protect Huizhou historical buildings when they are suffering weather erosion,the decay of termites,the various vibrations and acid rain corrosion.The second part describes the key protection measures and restoration techniques of Huizhou historical buildings.This part focues on Huizhou traditional fire prevention technology which is under the influence of the Feng-Shui idea.And this technique mainly refers to the site selection,the layout and orientation of building,water-designing,and architectural fireproof design.For example,the siting of dwellings and villages is near the mountain and by the river,which is a harmonious model of Yin and Yang.In addition,this section also discusses the inheritance of Huizhou carving techniques.In terms of protection of carvings,on the one hand,we should pay attention to the protection of the component itself.On the other hand,we should also focous on the protection of the traditional carving techniques,and the third part mainly analyzes the recovery policy and restoration technology from the concrete repair cases of Huizhou historical buildings.And then,we may explore the mortise and tenon joint reinforcement technology of timberwork and the masonry structure repair technology in Huizhou.With the development of modern 3 D laser scanning technology and computer,the technology of Huangshan city's ancient buildings surveying and mapping moves with times.The ongoing research subject,The Protection of Huizhou Arch Repair and Digital Display,start using modern 3 d laser scanning technology to obtain attributive information of time and space to build three-dimensional information database and to set up arch surrounding environment in computer.Morover,these data are hepleful to establish Huizhou arch network museum.At the time of studying Huizhou arch distribution statistics,the Google earth was taken adwantage of to obtain memorial arch of latitude and longitude to map the distribution of the memorial arch by Arcgis software.This method can be extended to statistical aspects of Huizhou ancient buildings.As the development of the widespread application in modern science and technology,the digital display platform of Huizhou ancient buildings will be completed and the Huizhou ancient buildings digital protection system will be established.
