In response to the call of the state for energy conservation and emission reduction and the development of circular economy,various regions successively issued documents to speed up the management of small coal-fired boilers.As the traditional heating methods in northern China have been using regional coal-fired boiler for decentralized or centralized heating,the northern region has been a hardest hit by coal-fired pollution in winter,especially in the northern cities in mountainous areas and mining areas.Since these areas are remote and scattered,the government or mining companies can not provide the conditions for central heating,resulting in that many small and medium-sized coal-fired boiler systems are with a low degree of automation,a low energy utilization efficiency and a serious environmental pollution problem.In this paper,by taking Baotou Bayun E Bo mining area as an example,according to the survey about the status of space heating there,the mine's locations and the other heating resources available,the mining areas will be divided by the heat supplier of the coal-fired boiler.With the use of absorption heat pump,the Company will complet the work of replacing all the coal-fired boiler rooms in the mining area with the waste heat recovery thermal power plants in the mining area,by considering the ues of long-distance transmission and distribution pipe lines,i.e,replacement of space heating with clean energy sources.According to the data available,the residual heat recovered by waste heat heating system can be up to 472.8TJ anually,saving about 1.62×104tons of standard coal,reducing CO2 emission by 4.23×104tons,SO2 emission by 137.2tons and NOx emission reduction by 119.4tons.This will not only recover a large amount of waste heat dissipated by the air-cooling system of the turbogenerator,but also save the power loss of the cooling system,resolve the tough problem of the coal-fired boiler room and effectively improve the energy utilization efficiency of the enterprise.Meanwhile can definitely improve energy efficiency and economic benefits,protect the environment from pollution and safeguard the national economy and social development.
