Research On The Informatization Development Strategy Of QT Freight Company

QT Freight Company is one of the important port logistics enterprises in Qingdao.It has long played an important role in the development of regional economy and the development of informatization to promote industrialization and so on.The port logistics informatization construction is an important part in promoting the development strategy of the port logistics in our country,it also has important value in the logistics industry to adjust economic structure,promote economic development and international trade etc..How to speed up the informatization construction of port logistics enterprise has profound significance to promote the development of logistics informatization and industrialization of QD port.At present,the development of port logistics informatization and the actual demand of modern logistics development have great contradiction between supply and demand,which has become an important obstacle to the informatization construction of port logistics enterprises.Therefore,how to via analyzing the strategic goal of the enterprise,the depth of integration of enterprise information resources,accelerating the improvement of enterprise informatization system,informatization development strategy in line with the actual needs of the enterprise,is an important opportunity and challenge for future sustainable development of port logistics enterprises.This article first via the literature research,the integration of domestic and international port logistics informatization development status quo to know the current development trend of the port logistics information and research deficiencies.Secondly via discribing the meaning,status and nature of the informatization and the basic theory of strategic management,strategic analysis and so on to establish the foundation of the research theory and method for this study.Once more via field research,understanding the QT Freight Company’s organizational structure,business structure and the informatization development effectiveness to explore and analyze the current main problems and their causes in the development of informatization of the QT Freight Company.Finally,through the further analysis of the QT Freight Company’s information development goals and further analysis of its internal and external environment to formulate the development strategy of its informatization and to provide the security recommendations for the implementation of its strategy.Hoping that the research ideas provided in this paper and the strategic analysis and security recommendations can provide necessary reference value to QT Freight Company in the future development of informatization.
