With the boiler industry growing,the problems of energy shortage and environmental degradation get increasingly severe,so the biomass environmentfriendly boiler with economic,efficient and environment-friendly characters gets more and more attention.The overall intelligence level of the existing biomass environmentfriendly boiler is low,so environment-friendly boiler is difficult to popularize widely at present.Therefore,the existing environment-friendly boiler control system is intelligently modified in this thesis,with the project "environment-friendly boiler control system" entrusted by enterprise.An optimal wind distribution method based on fuzzy adaptive PID control of boiler combustor is put forward,and the hardware and software design of the environment-friendly boiler control system is completed.By the environment-friendly boiler control system,the intelligent control effect of online searching the optimal operating conditions according to the requirements of the project can be achieved.The main work accomplished and the results in this thesis are as follows:(1)The overall planning of environment-friendly boiler was finished.Firstly,technics characteristic and electrical equipment configuration of environment-friendly boiler are introduced,then the design requirements of control system are put forward by analyzing its working process.On this basis,the main circuit and operating circuit of environment-friendly are designed.Finally,control system planning of environmentfriendly is designed and hardware device selection is finished.(2)The research on the optimal wind distribution method of environment-friendly boiler combustor is completed.Firstly,the optimal three wind distribution based on fuzzy adaptive PID control is studied.Secondly,fuzzy adaptive PID controller is designed.Thirdly,the simulation results show that fuzzy adaptive PID controller has the advantages of quick adjustment,good steady state performance and strong robustness.(3)The PLC control system of environment-friendly boiler was designed.According to the overall planning of environment-friendly boiler and the control strategy,firstly,the PLC switch I/O circuits are finished.Secondly,the PLC communication interface is finished.Thirdly,the PLC control program is designed,including the main program,initialization program,data collection program,oxygen content control algorithm program,fault alarm program.Finally,the monitoring interface is designed,including the welcome interface,the main interface,real-time monitoring interface,parameter setting interface,fault alarm interface,user management interface,about interface.(4)The experimental study on the control system of environment-friendly boiler is completed.Firstly,the test platform is set up.Secondly,the trial production of the control system is completed and the unit is debugged.Thirdly,the system test is conducted and the test results are analyzed.The research results of this thesis not only improve the level of online searching the optimal operating conditions of environment-friendly boiler combustion system,and improve the environmental performance,but also lay a good foundation for comprehensive intelligent promotion of environment-friendly boiler.
