Research On Delicacy Management In Manufacturing Process Control Of Aerospace Electrical Connector

Aerospace electrical connector,which used in electrical system of Aeronautics and Astronautics,is a very important device for connection and separation of spacecraft.In some field,such as civil and military aircraft,Aeronautics and Astronautics,strategic and tactical weapons,reliability of the Aerospace Electrical connector is so important that it is about success and decides if the war wins or not.What's more,the electrical connector,which used in strategy and tactics weapon system,is required to complete scheduled task immediately and reliably at ultra-temperature and ultrahigh voltage.This paper combines the problems of Aerospace electrical connector happened at some time,the present situation and problems of manufacturing process control of Aerospace electric connectors are analyzed.Then,it has identified the weak links in three aspects: Design characteristic analysis,Process refinement and quantitative control,Human factors influence.This paper analysed some important and key functions of the Aerospace electrical connector systematically combined with it's using characteristic and working condition,the key functions and functions such as reliable contact,insulation,interleaving and separation of Aerospace electric connectors were analyzed and studied.By using function expansion analyses,some characteristic can be identified as key and important functions that controllable during parts and products assembly processes.Finally,the above characteristics are implemented in the documents of design,process and manufacturing process.In addition,through researching manufacture project of those characteristic and detailed control of key,special and important processes,quantitative control requirements and detailed work instructions are formed.At last,we ensured the goal of product function can be realized.A set of technical methods and control methods for the identification of key and important characteristic of aerospace electrical connector were formed.Then,it formed a “5M1E”(Man,Machine,Material,Method,Measurement and Environment)process control strategy in the key,special,and important processes of the product manufacturing process.At last,the paper combined with the actual upgrade of the quality of aerospace connector manufacturing consistency.
