Varicose veins of the lower extremities is a common vein disease with a relatively high incidence.Its pathological features include venous reflux,obstruction,or both reflux and obstruction.The current treatment for varicose veins of the lower extremities is bandage compression therapy,which involves applying a bandage to the leg and applying pressure to the leg to ensure blood flow in the leg.However,in the course of treatment,there is no corresponding device for real-time monitoring of changes in leg pressure,which also makes this treatment method has room for improvement.In recent years,wearable devices have developed rapidly.Based on this standpoint,this article first develops a wearable sensing device that can regularly collect pressure datas and identify the patient’s body posture.Patients can use this device which can monitor changes in pressure bandage applied to the lower limb and the patients’ corresponding body posture in real time in the treatment and rehabilitation process.Then a wearable chronic venous disease detection system based on Android is developed.The system realizes the communication connection with the hardware device through Bluetooth.In addition to real-time display of pressure datas and body posture collected by the wearable device,the collected datas are also uploaded to the server.Next a telemedicine platform based on patient personal information and massive pressurization treatment data is developed and established.Through patients with similar characteristics such as age,gender,posture,severity of illness,etc,excavate and analyze the history pressure collected by wearable devices and their therapeutic effects.Then use machine learning algorithms to provide doctors and patients with personalized treatment recommendations,giving a reasonable level of pressure.The real-time communication function is implemented on the mobile terminal and the remote medical platform so that the patient can use the smart phone to receive the doctor’s treatment advices and communicates with the doctor in a timely manner.The research content of this article can improve the insufficiency of traditional treatment of veins in the lower extremities,obtain the corresponding relationship between stress and body posture during the treatment process,at the same time,it also enables the medical staff to understand the patient’s treatment more intuitively so as to provide more accurate treatment recommendations for patients.
