Most of the power transformers running on the power grid are oil immersed transformers.Aging caused by overheating of winding insulation may cause damage to the entire transformer.Therefore,the transformer manufacturers and the inspection departments want to obtain and monitor the temperature rise of the oil flow and the hot temperature of the transformer,and predict the healthy running state of the transformer in advance.Through the analysis of the principle of the oil flow temperature rise of the power transformer,the influence factors are analyzed.Through the establishment of the model of the transformer product,the temperature rise distribution and the hot distribution of the transformer oil flow temperature rise are predicted and analyzed.At the same time,the optical fiber temperature measurement method is used to accurately measure the temperature of the winding,and the hot spot is predicted accurately.Comparing the simulation results,reliable location and temperature values are obtained.In order to accurately calculate the temperature rise condition of the power transformer,this paper studies the heating principle of the transformer,analyzes the temperature rise distribution of the transformer,the flow direction and structure of the oil flow,and analyzes the factors affecting the level of the winding level of the winding,the height difference between the heat center and the heating center,and the setting of the winding oil channel.The most accurate way to monitor hot spot temperature is to directly measure hot spot temperature.In order to measure the hot spot temperature directlymust predict the location of the hot spot firstly through the calculation method,that is,calculate the temperature field distribution of the whole winding accurately.The focus of this paper is to calculate the steady temperature distribution of transformer winding and the distribution of oil flow through the establishment of 5 different types of transformer model and the temperature field simulation analysis software.On the basis of accurate prediction hot spot,the principle and method of temperature rise test are discussed in this paper and a complete set of overall fiber temperature rise test scheme is formed.The temperature appreciation and hot spot temperature value obtained by the test are compared with the forecast results obtained through the temperature field calculation software.It shows good agreement,which shows the reliability of the temperature field simulation of hot spot,so it is feasible to use optical fiber temperature probe to measure the hottest temperature of windings during the temperature rise test.The simulation data,experimental results and experience obtained in this paper are of important reference value for monitoring the temperature of transformer winding in the future,and provide reference experience for the accurate simulation calculation and prevention of local overheating in the hot spot temperature rise of the oil immersed transformer.
