With the increasing investment in education in the country, the number of electrical equipment in colleges and universities is also increasing. How to monitor and manage electrical equipment in real time has become an important issue.Considering that the current can reflect the operation status of the equipment to a large extent. This paper takes the electrical equipment of a university laboratory as the research object.a management system of electrical equipment based on current detection is designed and developed. The main work contents and results are as follows:(1)Analyzed the common current detection method and completed the design and development of the system acquisition node. The contact current sampling resistor and the HLW8032 current detection chip combination are used to realize the working current collection of the device. The STM32 microprocessor transmits the current data analysis to the management platform through Socket.(2)Completed the design and development of the system management platform. The console service program was used to respond to the Socket request of the collection node;the Web application was developed by the J2 EE enterprise integration framework SSH(Struts2+Hibernate+Spring),which directly provides users with real-time running status viewing, historical query, and current over-current warning; The database server uses MySQL for long-term preservation of device-related information and provides data storage services for console services and web applications;Real-time remote monitoring of electrical devices is achieved and visual graphical displays are provided to the user.(3)Through the experimental test of the three devices, the system runs stably with historical data query, statistics and hierarchical warning functions. The next step is to integrate multiple acquisition node designs into the universal patch panel to reduce resource waste and space.
