Along with the further development of economic globalization,China has become the second largest economy in the world after the U.S.Affected by the international environment,the rate of economic development in China has slowed down in the past two years.Based on the adjustment of the national industrial structure,the state has been increasing its regulation of the real estate market since 2017,and the real estate investment in various places has experienced an unprecedented downturn.The development of the elevator industry has also been greatly affected.It is expected that in the next few years,the living environment faced by domestic elevator enterprises will be more severe,and the elevator market will continue to develop at a high speed.The business model based on new ladder sales alone cannot meet the needs of sustainable and healthy development of enterprises.China Elevator companies urgently need to find new profit growth points to get out of the woods.Therefore,strengthening the development of elevator maintenance business has become the future direction of elevator enterprises.How can elevator enterprises use innovative technologies to improve efficiency,improve the management level of maintenance business,improve customer satisfaction to obtain more maintenance business orders,and increase operating profit value.Ensuring a foothold in the fierce market competition environment is an urgent problem for elevator companies.This paper takes H elevator company as the research background,combines the basic knowledge about strategic management,operation management and marketing in the postgraduate course.Through the research of the elevator industry,it expounds the necessity of H elevator company to develop maintenance business.The author studied the related books on the development of domestic and international maintenance business,and inquired a large number of information related to elevator maintenance management through the Internet,collected relevant information on the maintenance operation of elevator companies at home and abroad,and compiled a large number of relevant maintenance operations for H elevator companies.Data materials provide a rich source of material and data for writing.Through the research on the development strategy of elevator maintenance business,this paper takes the lead cost,the differentiation,the target aggregation competition to obtain the larger maintenance profit value as the main line,and applies the related theory such as STP to the maintenance management of H elevator company.Through the analysis of the domestic elevator market environment,the paper puts forward the strategic thinking of the development of H elevator company’s maintenance business,so that H elevator company can effectively manage the service operation in the fierce elevator maintenance competition environment,provide customers with quality service and improve customer satisfaction.Degree,expand market share,make the maintenance business become the growth point of H elevator company’s new profit,and promote the transformation from manufacturer to service enterprise.At the same time,it also provides some reference and reference for elevator enterprises in the development of maintenance management strategy.
