Research On Improvement Of Automobile DTS Of Company A Based On DMAIC Theory

According to the statistics of China Automobile Industry Association,the market share of self-owned brand passenger cars in China has increased from 38.4% in 2014 to 43.9% in 2017,which has continuously reached a new high.However,this does not mean that all the independent brand automobile enterprises have entered a benign stage of development.On the contrary,the differentiation is becoming more and more obvious.Some automobile enterprises that focus on the quality of the whole vehicle have maintained a high-speed growth,while the quality of the whole vehicle is stagnating,the automobile enterprises are in a downward trend.More and more consumers pay more attention to the quality and appearance of automobiles.Based on this background,this paper presents a series of methods and processes on how to improve the quality of automotive appearance gap and the refinement of the whole vehicle,from the pre-production planning of automobiles to product development and manufacturing quality monitoring.There are many factors involved in the quality of vehicle appearance clearance,including product design and manufacturing technology.It can be summarized as follows: the definition of vehicle appearance clearance,modeling style and perception,product structure design constraints,process implementation plan,manufacturing level and so on.How to start with each factor and analyze each factor in depth? The influence of factors on appearance gap quality and the formulation of effective optimization schemes are the focus of this paper.The research process will carry out a lot of research and data collection,and try to verify the multi-scheme.At the same time,the whole research process is summarized to form a standardized process,which is gradually applied to the improvement of seam quality in other areas of the body,so as to enhance the refinement of the vehicle and enhance the brand strength.This paper is based on the actual technical research projects carried out by enterprises,carries out theoretical research and summarizes them.According to the management process of Six Sigma DMAIC,it advances the project in the form of projects,establishes the concept and method of the system and the quality assurance measures in the whole process,and achieves the quality objectives from the early stage of product design.Planning of tender scheme.Thus,a set of research methods is formed,and the results are applied to the development of new products of the whole vehicle,and the actual verification is carried out in the stage of production of the whole vehicle,and the continuous optimization and adjustment are carried out,which has high practical application value.
