Gear whine noise is one of the main noise types of transmission.Gear whine noise is causing by manufacturing error,meshing dislocation and other factors in the driveline,which makes the gear transmission error and elastic deformation,which causes the gear pair to deviate from the theoretical meshing line when engagine-in and engagine-out,then causing the gear interference and collision,resulting the drive mechanism vibration.Vibration via the shaft,bearing to the structure of the box resonance in the process,thus causeing the gear whine noise.This article is based on a kind of hybrid electric vehicles(HEV)carry on electromechanical coupling transmission having gear whine noise.It confirmed the whine noise caused by the meshing gear pair order 67 and 170.3 via the analysis of the dynamic performance in the transmission process,then through the contact spot test produces the noise of the gear pair is contact drink less partial phenomenon.According to the principle of produce the whine noise happened,the microscopic modification for the whine gear pair(including profile modification,axial modification and spiral angle modification),optimizing the whine gear pair transmission error and mesh dislocation,improve the tooth contact and the stability of gear drive.Resulting show that the 67 order squealing gears transmission error fluctuation for 0.83μm to 0.31μm after modification,improved 62.65%;170.3 order the noise transmission error of gear pair is reduced from 0.28μm to 0.22μm,improved 21.42%.Tooth contact near the center replace the front area,contact more smoothly.Comparison and analysis of the optimized gears noise improvement by Romax Dynamic module.Shell response 67 order reduced about 52.6% at 1200 Hz,170.3 order reduced about 66.47% at 2500 Hz,65.8% at 550 rpm.Thenvehicle testing carry the transmission with modification of parameters,results show that the acceleration of shell nearby 170.3 order 93dB(A)at 625 rpm to 69dB(A)at 625 rpm,improved 25.8% at 625 rpm.Real vehicle test trend is consistent with the results of the simulation analysis.This article through to the electromechanical coupling transmission of comparative analysis of the dynamic testing to verify the gear micro modification in the improvement of the gear whine noise,it can improve the performance of the vehicle NVH performance.At the same time,this paper puts forward optimum modification plan and test design scheme for the transmission gear modification design provides a certain reference value.
