Under the instruction and leading policy of "along the way","free trade area","urbanization and economic zone","Internet +" and other national development strategies,Chinese economy goes into the crucial stage of reform.As an important component of the national economy artery,the China civil aviation industry has been ushered a new opportunities and challenges,its reform and innovation will be a new power source for development.The rapid development of high-speed railway,the increase of airport infrastructure and air traffic control,the continues expending of airline network structure,the aviation deregulation,a large number of private airlines and low-cost airlines launch,all such changes causes China’s civil aviation market competition is getting more and more intense.With serious homogeneity Product and increasingly transparent pricing,it can’t bring real benefits for the enterprise if reliance on simple marketing promotion only.At the same time,with the development of Internet and e-commerce technology,sales channels as the basic part of an enterprise,its sales practices and manners have been changed a lot as well.These changes brings unprecedented opportunities for sales channels management of airline enterprise.The ways like how to adjudge the management strategy and focus on the construction of the sales channel to adapt to the changes in the channel to reduce airline costs,also firmly grasp the passengers source through the sales channels,have become the most important work for enhancing their core competitiveness.Combined with the domestic and abroad channel management theory,the thesis will analysis the sales channels management status of ZH airlines as well as its process problems,propose targeted solutions,explore the method for innovative services marketing and management theory application to provide a reference for the development of airline enterprises.
