Research On Indoor Pedestrian Street Based On Wanda Commercial Building Model

With the rapid development of economy and the acceleration of Urbanization,People’s living standards are rising.Firstly,the paper elaborates the concept of indoor pedestrian street,which is an important part of commercial pedestrian street,defines the scope of this study,and then simply combs and analyses the development situation of indoor pedestrian street,its impact on urban development and the current situation,including the requirements of the roofed indoor commercial pedestrian street since the implementation of the new Code for Fire Protection of Architectural Design.The corresponding relationship between the new norms and the impact of the new norms on the design of indoor pedestrian street are analyzed.By comparing and summarizing,and then studying the development trend of indoor pedestrian street,its impact on the development of the city and the status quo of the design of indoor pedestrian street,the shortcomings of the existing design of pedestrian street are found.Then,through the interpretation of the concept and development value of Wanda Model,including the concept of Wanda Commerce and the development process of Wanda Commercial Square of four generations,the social value of Wanda Commercial Square is summarized.Then the design of Wanda Pedestrian Street under the commercial mode is analyzed.The planning strategy of commercial pedestrian street under Wanda mode is put forward,including the relationship between the city,such as the urban form function,urban ecological function,urban traffic function,urban historical context function,the relationship between the regional space,including the connection between the regional line and the regional node,and the relationship between the urban space,including the relationship between the architectural entity.Entity connection,line of sight connection and context connection among them.Then the design strategy of Wanda Commercial Pedestrian Street is put forward,including the external form design strategy,the internal space design strategy and the deficiencies of the existing design strategy.As the core part of the paper,the key nodes and elements of pedestrian street design are defined in the chapter of pedestrian street design strategy.It mainly includes interior pedestrian street floor height and net height,pedestrian street width,traffic organization design and theme space design.Through the specific research andverification of these aspects in the actual project,a conclusion is drawn and suggestions are put forward in the next step of design and actual construction.In the conclusion of this paper,starting from the current situation of commercial pedestrian street in China’s commercial complex,the author integrates several experiences of personal experience design and site actual management and control in the construction and operation of Wanda Plaza project,summarizes the problems and difficulties existing in the construction and operation of the project,and deduces these problems and difficulties back to the design process,hoping to pass through these experiences.Experience summary plays a prompting role in pedestrian street design,making the design of commercial pedestrian street closer to the needs of consumers,and balancing the relationship between pre‐construction,mid‐operation and post‐transformation.
