The Design Of Mechanical Part Of Adjustable Load Experimental Device For Wind Power Gearbox

Wind power generation appeared at the end of the nineteenth century.Since the eighties of the twentieth century,this technology has developed rapidly.Wind power,as a kind of green energy,has been paid more and more attention.In recent years,China's wind power industry has developed rapidly,ranking fourth in the world in total installed capacity,and the scale of development is remarkable.With the development of market economy,the situation of market demand dominated by products has gradually changed into that market demand determines the variety,specifications,specifications,performance,cost and supply cycle of products.This change has a great impact on the mode of production organization of enterprises,and how to solve the problem of mass production of products and the needs of users.The contradiction between diversification becomes a pressing problem for production enterprises.According to the analysis of the existing 3MW model of our company,this paper describe the existing problems in the mechanical part of the test-bed.The goal is to optimize the mechanical part of the gearbox test-bed and ensure the test rapidly and efficiently.This paper discusses the general arrangement of the wind power gear box test-bed.And it compared the application of several common gear box test-bed structures in the wind power gear box test-bed.Then,determines the structure of the test-bed is based on the electric power closed system.This paper determines the mechanical part of the test-bed is divided into motor and related module,gearbox module and low-speed module.Then,the paper complete the drawings and the finite element analysis of the mechanical part of wind power gearbox test-bed.The research results of this paper solve the existing problems in the mechanical part of the test bed.It realize the flexible design.It also realize the rapid and batch test of large megawatt wind power gearbox.
