As an important part of clean renewable energy,wind energy can effectively improve environmental quality,guarantee the energy security and stability,and accelerate economic development and low carbonization.In recent years,the wind power industry has entered a rapid growth period with the continuous improvement of wind power generation technology,the continuous deployment of high-power wind turbine applications,followed by the unit fault and frequent accidents,resulting in huge economic losses.It is necessary to study how to monitor and diagnose the wind turbine running state effectively,and ensure the reliability and safety of the wind turbine operation.According to the analysis of the gearbox of the core component of wind turbine,the fault diagnosis method of gearbox based on vibration analysis is adopted,and selects the commonly used time domain and frequency domain analysis method as the diagnosis method,and and the oil abrasion particle analysis is used as the auxiliary diagnosis method.Based on Mita WP4200-10 hardware,network communication technology and Visual Studio software development platform,the remote online fault diagnosis system of the wind turbine gearbox based on C/S mode is developed.The main research contents are as follows:1.Introduced the working principle and basic structure of wind turbine,selected the wind turbine gearbox as the research object,researched the main fault types,fault mechanism and vibration characteristics of gear and bearing in gearbox,and studies the fault diagnosis method of gearbox based on vibration analysis,and takes the oil abrasion particle analysis as the auxiliary diagnosis method,for system development provides a theoretical basis;2.Have researched on the system framework design and key technologies.Designed the function of the whole system framework and its components,researched the key technologies of the system implementation,and determinde the architecture,software environment and tools of the development system,the database Etc.,also to determined a viable network communication solutions;3.The realization of remote online fault diagnosis system of wind turbine gearbox was studied.For a certain wind turbine gearbox,the appropriate sensors and hardware were selected.The Mita WP4200-10 hardware platform was used to realize data acquisition,processing,alarming and communication Etc.Using Visual Studio Software development platform and MS SQL database development technology,the development of data communication and storage modules,clients and databases has been completed,and the expected requirements and functions of the system have been met;4.The performance and test of the wind turbine gearbox remote online fault diagnosis system were tested.The test tools were used to verify the system has good stability and reliability.At the same time,combined with the wind turbine gearbox produced by a company,the test was carried out in the test bed and the actual wind field,and the analysis results by analyzing the collected data are consistent with the expectation,which verifies the accuracy and effectiveness of the system for data analysis and fault diagnosis.
