The small radius curved girder bridge has played an important role in realizing the directional intercommunication at the crossroads and the avoidance of mountains and valleys in the planning and construction of urban roads and highways. However, the current design code for curved beam bridges are not perfect. The studies of curved beam bridges by domestic and foreign scholars mostly focus on large-span curve beam bridges with radius R>250m,and part has been built small radius curve beam bridge appeared a variety of diseases. Therefore,it is necessary to do further research on the small radius curve beam bridge with R<250m.This article first studied by Midas finite element software to research the mechanical properties of single-span curve beam bridges. Then the internal force and stress distribution law of the bridges are studied in detail based on the combination of Spark Radial Curve Beam Bridge with the finite element software Midas and Abaqus. At the same time,it also provides a method to realize finite element analysis for similar bridge design. This article starting from the actual project, the phenomenon of the small radius curve beam bridge that have already been built are prone to shear deformation and cause the beam body to move outwards, and some of the bearings directly suffer from horizontal shear failure are studied. The effects of temperature and prestress effects on the small radius curve beam bridge under different bearing arrangement conditions were studied. The disadvantages of some common bearing arrangement styles were pointed out,and the suggestions on the reasonable bearing arrangement were given. In this paper,in view of the complexity of the end beam forces of the small radius curve bridge, the problem of partial analysis in bridge engineering is studied.First, the partial analysis was theoretically deduced based on the finite element method of the bar system. After taking practical engineering as an example, three methods of partial analysis are introduced. The characteristics and applicability of the three methods are pointed out by comparative analysis. Finally,on the basis of elastic analysis, the realization of submodel damage analysis based on partial analysis is introduced.
