Facing the increasingly serious energy crisis, sustainable green design has become an indispensable part of architectural design.Passive green design has gradually become one of the key elements in the design phase of the project.Space adjustment is a performance-based design means to improve the use of comfort and reduce energy consumption by the design of space body, skin and components at the stage of architectural design. The theory of spatial adjustment includes adaptive form, interactive skin and performance-based structure.Performance-based construction is the key direction of this study. The acquisition and transportation of energy is an important form of housing composition.Different climatic environments in nature directly affect the form, material and structure of buildings. The most fundamental significance of environmental regulation is the control of energy. The three ways of heat transfer(conduction, convection and radiation)are the main ways of energy transfer in buildings and outside the building. Therefore, the principle of thermodynamic heat transfer is taken as the theoretical basis, building construction as the main body of research.Based on the strengthening and suppression of two mechanisms of action to classify the building performance structure, through the induction and summary of the structure case, and finally form the design strategy of building building.According to the climate conditions and the needs of the building itself, the design strategy of introducing the performance-based structure in the architectural design stage will achieve the goal of green, ecological, energy saving and sustainable.
