With the development of computer technology,now at an unprecedented penetration into the various fields of human society.Vehicle Management Situation troops already difficult to adapt to the needs of the development of modern society,how to change the existing management model to improve the efficiency and rationality,network,intelligence vital forces vehicle management implementation.Based on this,based on Beidou navigation troops vehicle scheduling management system,complete the on-board terminal hardware and software design,dispatch center design and database design,the overall architecture proposed scheduling information system based on Beidou navigation vehicles,equipment can effectively solve the access to information,processing,low efficiency and up date shared difficult problem,thus greatly improving the management efficiency.Firstly,in the introduction to the background and significance of this paper,the current research,as this study has laid a theoretical foundation,followed by the main forces of the vehicle scheduling management system design are analyzed,mainly technical aspects of navigation systems used in design,communication and positioning technology,comparative analysis,the final choice of 4G communications network,Beidou satellite technology and GIS geographic information system as a design technology.Then the overall architecture of the vehicle monitoring and dispatching system is analyzed,including the components of the system,design principles and objectives of the overall system hardware design and software design of the overall system.Then focus on the three major functional blocks vehicle monitoring and dispatching system: vehicle terminal,monitoring and dispatching centers,communications networks detailed design software and hardware systems,hardware selection for specific submodules and program design for each module will be elaboration.Finally,the realization of this system are described in detail,and the system test,the results achieved the expected goals.
