With the rapid development of vehicle technology,vehicle control technology has made great progress,the use of computer technology to achieve intelligence has become one of the hottest development direction.Intelligent vehicle control system is mainly to control vehicle speed,steering and so on.As the control part of the intelligent vehicle control system,the intelligent vehicle brake system is an important guarantee of vehicle driving safety,so it is very important to design a reliable intelligent vehicle brake system for the research of intelligent vehicle.First of all,for the selection of the scheme,the types of the existing intelligent vehicle brake system are analyzed,aiming at the existing problems such as too high cost and too complex transformation of the intelligent vehicle brake system.In this paper,a scheme of improving the braking system of intelligent vehicle is proposed.The braking system can be controlled by the addition of electrically controlled mechanical device to the braking system of the original vehicle to control the deceleration of the vehicle.In this paper,the hardware structure and brake system software of intelligent vehicle brake system are designed,and the integral separation PI algorithm based on PI algorithm is proposed.When the system error is greater than a certain threshold,P control can make the system respond quickly.When the system error is less than a certain threshold,PI adjustment is used to eliminate the static error.The PI parameter calibration experiment and pedal percentage and brake force calibration experiment are carried out in view of the brake system designed.The execution results of the brake system in different modes are analyzed and the curves of braking force and pedal percentage are obtained.The maximum error between expected deceleration and actual deceleration is 0.71m/s~2.The brake system can meet the requirements of deceleration accuracy in straight cement pavement.
