At present,large-scale new highway projects are nearing completion,the construction focus gradually shifted to the upgrading of roads.Highway renovation and expansion has a characteristic of complex construction environment and construction with traffic operating,resulting in accidents,causing great economic losses to the people.Based on the theory of speed consistency,psychology and physiology,this paper has carried out the research of the accident characteristics of highway renovation and expansion,hazard identification,safety assessment system,accident prediction,accident prevention technology through a lot of field research.First of all,with the dynamic ECG,VBOX,MC5600 and other heart physiology theory,traffic characteristics data acquisition equipment,a large number of driving speed,traffic volume,driver's heart rate,other characteristics of the data were collected by the field research,and the accident characteristics of the reconstruction and extension of highway were analyzed by means of mathematical statistics.Secondly,on the basis of the accident,the safety hazard assessment system of the traffic area was established from the aspects of driver,vehicle,road and environment.Further,the gray hazard and analytic hierarchy process were used to analyze the major hazard sources.Based on the theory of velocity consistency,psychology and physiology and synergetics,the relationship model between the major hazard and the growth rate of the driver's heart rate was constructed.Thirdly,the important dangerous construction process in the construction area was analyzed by using the operational condition risk analysis method,and the major hazard sources in the construction area was carried out by analyzing the important dangerous construction process with trapezoidal fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,the prediction model of accident severity of construction area was established by analyzing the relationship between the major hazard and the severity of the accident with Bayesian Discrimination.Finally,in order to avoid mutual interference between the traffic area and construction area,a louver separating wall with safe and ecological protection function was developed.Considering the influence of the construction of the highway on the surrounding road network,TransCAD software was used to analyze the load of the road network,and the traffic flow organization program was determined.The application of the results can predict the hazard of the highway,and put forward the corresponding improvement measures to reduce the incidence of accidents,which embodies the "safety first,prevention first" purpose,and has great practical significance to the rapid and good development of highway construction.
