The Study Of Health-oriented Vigor Factors On Historic District

On April 21,2015,Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Repubic of China(MOHURD),State Administration of Cultural Heritage announced the first batch of historic conservation areas according to < notice of MOHURD and State Administration of Cultural Heritage certification about developing historic districts>,this action strengthened the protection of historic districts and improved the protection system of historic districts.However,historic districts suffer from many serious problems such as excessive development,loss of the humanities,single development model,demands of residents and those problems are the main obstacles for it's protection,activation and development.This paper explains the protection of historic districts based on the activation of blocks,compares historic districts as human body and defines it's health vitality as the equilibrium state of blocks' internal vitality.At first,we study the experience and combine the index of the activation of historic districts both at home and abroad,put forward "three features" according to health guiding historic conservation areas activation,namely the ecological,balance and sustainability.Secondly,we refine the primary index of the activation of historic districts based on lots of literature and practical case.We analyze and evaluate the index of blocks activation using detailed description method and public preference method.Meanwhile,we determine the shape index of health guiding historic districts activation using statistical method and analytic hierarchy process.Then,we describe and compare the shape condition of historic districts between Zhanghua county,Taiwan of Old street and Tianjin five avenue.We utilize,evaluate and verify the shape index of health guiding historic districts activation,and we put forward two change strategy about historic districts activation.Finally,this paper extends the index of health guiding historic districts activation to its application,and provides guidance for research the protection and activation of historic districts.
