Research On Railway Signal Relay Multi-Parameters Performance Degradation And Life Prediction

In recent years,with the vigorous development of railway industry,especially high-speed railway construction,unprecedented development opportunities for railway have come to China.Railway signal system is indispensable part in modern railway system.it is not only responsible for the work to enhance the efficiency of the railway but also the safe operation of the train.Railway signal relay is a kind of multi-channel switch device used in railway signal system to make or break the signal control circuit.Its reliability and safety is an important assurance for the safe operation of the train.Railway signal relay,from normal to failure,usually experiences performance degradation for a long time.If the signal relay performance degradation degree can be detected and the current running status can be evaluated,the potential danger can be found and thus the system failure can be prevented.First of all,in this paper,the performance degradation and life prediction at home and abroad are reviewed.Secondly,the basic principle of railway signal relay,the common performance parameters and the electrical life test are briefly introduced in this paper.Based on the principle of relay contacts cumulative damage,failure mechanism is given an further explanation.Again,the abnormal value processing and the wavelet denoising method are used for test data cleaning,and the optimum parameter which can reflects the relay performance degradation is found out with the help of grey relation theory and principal component analysis.Then,performance degradation process is divided into several continuous performance degradation stages.cloud model is used to identify the degradation characteristics of each stage,the contact failure threshold in cloud model is figured out,and thus performance degradation cloud sequence model is obtained.Finally,combining the theory of neural network prediction,cloud neural network forecasting model for the performance degradation is put forward and the relay life is predicted with the model...
