At present,elevator is widely used in public places such as shopping malls,schools,residential buildings and office buildings as a vertical transportation tool.As the main component of protecting elevator's safe operation,elevator brake has a decisive impact on the reliability of elevator brake with the increase of service time.Therefore,research on degradation mechanism of elevator brake equipment is carried out.It is of great significance to the safe operation of elevators and the safety of personal property.In order to deeply study the modeling and maintenance cycle prediction of elevator brake degradation process and explore the general law of degradation process,this paper relies on the project construction of "Construction and Implementation of China Shenyang Elevator Large Data Detection and Early Warning Platform",takes elevator brake under actual working conditions as the research object,takes reducing elevator accident rate and maintenance cost as the starting point,and takes braking of elevator brake as the starting point.The performance evaluation research is the center,and the prediction of maintenance cycle is the ultimate goal.The following research is carried out,the specific contents are as follows:Firstly,the characteristics and degradation process of elevator brake are analyzed,and the parameter signal data related to the performance degradation of elevator brake(including braking test,power outage,sudden failure,etc.)are collected.The steady-state analysis of parameter signal is carried out by X-MR method,and the variation points are eliminated.The missing data are supplemented by EM algorithm to maximize the expected values.The problem of convergence and dimensionless in signal is dealt with by introducing deterioration function,and the sample database is established.Secondly,based on the principal component analysis theory,the degradation model of elevator brake under the influence of multi-parameters is established by constructing the life index method,and then the characterization phenomena in the degradation process are analyzed,and the critical state of brake equipment entering the maintenance period is discussed.Thirdly,on the basis of the degraded model and historical degraded information data,aiming at the different situations of sample size and long-term and short-term prediction,the maintenance cycle of elevator brake is studied by using grey system theory and BP neural network algorithm respectively.Finally,the results of two different methods to predict the maintenance cycle of elevator brake are discussed in detail.The results show that the grey forecasting model has significantadvantages for small sample size and short-term forecasting.But when the maintenance cycle is long and the sample size is large,the accuracy of BP neural network forecasting model is higher.Finally,from the point of view of safety,economy and reliability,it is proved that the model established in this paper has strong practicability.This paper has 22 charts,27 tables and 106 references.
