Boiler is an important industrial production equipment,Heat loss is one of the most important factors in boiler heat loss,accounted for 10%or more.Exhaust gas temperature is too high is caused by boiler exhaust heat loss,and main reasons for reducing boiler thermal efficiency and economic indicators.Reducing flue gas temperature and recovering flue gas residual heat,save fuel and improve boiler thermal efficiency,reduce heating costs,reduce pollutant emissions,has enormous economic and social benefits.At present,Low temperature economizer recovery of flue gas waste heat has been a lot of engineering examples,and have achieved good results.LongXin company 58MW hot water boiler exhaust temperature exceeded the design value of 30 degrees or even higher,caused a serious decline in boiler thermal efficiency,heating costs rise.Factory decided to boiler technical transformation,reduce flue gas temperature recovery flue gas waste heat,improve production operation economy.This paper takes heat source plant 58MW hot water boiler low temperature economizer system technical renovation project as the background,Considering new heating surface low temperature corrosion,ash deposition,wear and other factors,adopt reasonable layout scheme and optimize adjustment after production operation,find the best operating parameters,to ensure as far as possible to recover waste heat of flue gas and to ensure safe and efficient operation of the auxiliary boiler.After the completion of the operation optimization,Under rated conditions exhaust temperature decreased 40℃,boiler thermal efficiency increased by2.3%,flue gas waste heat benefit equivalent standard coal is about 965t.Impact on ancillary equipment:Draft fan current decreased by 30A;Electrostatic precipitator dust removal efficiency reached 98.9%,Soot emission concentration reached 20mg/m~3.Economic benefits of system transformation significantly,Provide reference for energy-saving and emission reduction of heating enterprises.
