With the advancement of technology,modern industries are moving towards automation and intellectualization,and automatic production line equipment is applied in wilder fields.In spite of the high demand of Li-MnO2 battery production line,problem still exists in some crucial procedures of the Li-MnO2 battery production line in China nowadays.For instance,in the party dozen circle procedure of the production line,the thickness deviation of Lithium sheet tolerance easily,and hence affecting the quality of the battery.During the procedure of adding manganese chips,improper operation can cause explosion,posing a huge safety threat.Besides,after soaking manganese sheet,reduced strength,prone to breakage,hence affecting the performance of the battery.Therefore,it is indispensable to carry out research on those crucial procedures in Li-MnO2 battery production line.This article interprets and analyzes the party dozen circle and permeation process in Li-MnO2 battery production line,striving to discuss theoretically the design of those key procedures as well as designing and programming the permeation process control system.The main contents of this article are as follows:Design of the mechanical structure of the party dozen circle and permeation process is provided.Conduct Dynamics Analysis and Dynamic Simulation on the core of production line of the Party dozen circle,to get the position,speed,Acceleration curve of the punching point,test and verify theoretical and simulated values consistency.Apply ANSYS analysis on enlarge round equipment.Based on the stress cloud gram from Workbench,we can get the relationship among roof,force and lever distance.This can help choose suitable assembly parts in construction site to avoid work piece deformation and cut down error.The paper studied on the processing method of the dry manganese in the assembly line of lithium manganese button battery.Through the optimization design of the structure to realize the automatic feeding of manganese sheet,the method of on-line penetration of dry manganese sheet is completed.The analysis of the process of infiltration contributed to study the control method of the dry manganese slice osmotic process.The hardware platform of the control system for the development of the manganese penetration is developed,as well as the software of the control system,at the same time,the study on the relationship between the battery penetration time and discharge power,is of great significance to lay the foundation of replacing manganese piece soaking technology with lithium manganese button battery assembly line completely.
