Chongqing Shizhitengzigou Nationalwetland Park Planning Research And Practice

Wetland is an ecosystem with multiple functions on the earth.Its existence not only brings a large amount of food and water resources and raw materials to human beings,but also plays a very critical role in maintaining biodiversity,balancing the ecosystem,supplementing groundwater,preventing floods and droughts.Wetland,together with oceans and forests,is called the world's three major ecosystems and the paradise of the earth's kidneys,natural reservoirs and birds.The CPC Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to wetland protection,and wetland protection faces great opportunities for development.Based on the investigation of nature,society and culture of Tengzigou Wetland in Shizhu,Chongqing and literature research,this paper discusses some important issues such as the theory and method of Tengzigou Wetland Park planning,combining the advanced concepts of wetland protection,ecological restoration,landscape design,wetland management and ecological compensation,and completes the research and practice of Tengzigou National Wetland Park planning project,and verifies and applies the research results.The conclusions are as follows:1.In close connection with the planning and study of the regional natural situation and the characteristics of resources,the concept of " giving priority to the protection of wetland ecosystem and paying equal attention to ecological restoration and landscape construction" was put forward in the design and construction of Chongqing Shizhu Tengzigou National Wetland Park,which was built into a sustainable and comprehensive wetland pattern with rich diversity,complete ecological structure,suitable wildlife habitat and beautiful recreation environment.2.The planning of the National Wetland Park needs to stand from the perspectives of ecological recreation,sustainable utilization,popular science propaganda and ecological protection,adhering to the principles of economy,integrity,locality and functionality,and adhering to the sustainable development line of protection,utilization,promotion and re-protection.3.The cultural atmosphere of the national wetland park planning should take wetland culture and popular science as the main line,take into account regional historical culture and folk customs,and embody the cultural connotation with various characteristics.4.In the research and practice of the design of Shizhu Fujizigou National Wetland Park in Chongqing,five functional zones have been formed,namely " ecological conservation zone,restoration and reconstruction zone,propaganda and exhibition zone,rational utilization zone and management service zone",which has perfectly improved the overall layout of the Wetland Park,management planning,protection and management,regional coordination,natural disaster prevention,rational utilization of infrastructure,scientific research monitoring,popular science propaganda and propaganda,protection and restoration,etc.According to the spatial network structure of eco-tourism routes,Fujizigou National Wetland Park has formed an eco-tourism pattern of " First Line,Second Garden and Third Garden".
