A Study On Master Plan Of River-type National Wetland Park

Wetlands are an important regulator of terrestrial water balance which has important functions on hydrological runoff adjustment,resource recycling,biodiversity conservation,environmental education,tourism and leisure.But the excessive using of wetlands by humankind causes a great threat to the protection of wetland ecosystems.In recent years,with the understanding of importance of wetlands,China 's planning and construction of the national wetland park are in advance.It is one of the effective ways for national important wetland protection,restoration and rational using to construct functional,efficient and stable national wetland park.This paper studies the concept of the rive-type national wetland parks planning in China,the morphological characteristics of parks,the functional zoning,layout and indicators of parks and other theories and methods with domestic and foreign advanced river wetland protection,restoration and utilization of theoretical and practical results.The results obtained are:1.It defined the conception of wetland park,urban wetland park,national wetland park,rive-type national wetland park;It analyzes the characteristics and establishment conditions of the national wetland park and urban wetland park;It explores the classifications of the national wetland Park and features of the river-type national wetland park;It compares the characteristics of wetland protection and planning at home and abroad.2.Through the analysis of the location of river-type wetland park,water supply and the conservation of water source,the reasons for the formation of river-type wetland resources are clarified;It sets out the principle of river-type wetland park planning range,That is based on topography,water,woodland and other factors comprehensive delineation which should be as far as possible to the river waters as the core and determine scope delimitation method by the geographical factor method and marker method;It sums up the river-type national wetland park visual morphology that is "Green line beaded,vines melon".3.China's river-type national wetland park is divided into five categories: supply,regulation,culture,support and utilization by the function of the system;According to the form of the park,it divided into three types: river source type,reservoir type and water catchment of tributary end type.Functional partitioning goal is a clear classification of resources which is conducive to protection;Second,it is easy to build for the reasonable arrangement.Functional area is divided into wetland conservation area,restoration and reconstruction area,mission display area,rational using area and management service area with the principle of adhering to priority,subject matter,biodiversity,humanistic integrity,rational use and coordinated construction.It can also be adjusted according to the actual situation.But nursery area and rehabilitation area should be greater than 60% of the total area,the rational use of the area must be controlled within 20%.So that the functional areas have the most effective and coordinated development.4.Through the comprehensive analysis of surface basal and plaque elements such as the nature of the surrounding land,land using,traffic,site greening,hard site,river bank,site adaptability and research of the rationality of the planning system and the natural landscape space,humanistic landscape space creating,the river-type wetland park functional layout model is divided into segmented,block,circle and modular.5.There is a Case Study of Chinghua river-type national wetland park in Baoshan,Yunnan Province which applies results of river-type national wetland park planning theory,methods and so on;it further validates and optimizes research results.It aims to provide a theoretical reference for the planning and construction of river-type wetland parks in China.
