With the development of society and the progress of science and technology,most of the domestic automobile manufacturers have adopted the automated production line,and have made use of various intelligent control facilities to assure the quick and orderly production.This advanced pattern of production management has many advantages,such as the stability of equipment operation,high product quality,short production cycle,and so on.To a great extent,this method liberates the human resource,reduces production costs and improves production efficiency.Therefore,it brings great economic and social benefits.However,despite the great convenience,the automated production line equipment also brings some complex problems,such as high abruptness and randomness,which cause a huge difficulty to maintain.The exploited way of management in domestic car enterprises is still in a relatively poor level,which is not able to meet the high demand of modern production and management.On the basis of widely reading literature about the equipment maintenance and the application research of RCM from domestic and foreign,combining with the practical investigation of company X,aiming at solving the problems of company X,involving large quantity and variety,analysis and processing difficulties,low informatization,poor sharing and inheritance,this dissertation developed the management information system of equipment maintenance based on the RCM technology.The main work is as follows:(1)To summarize the history of development of equipment maintenance and management,the current situation of RCM technology from domestic and abroad,and the main problems.To expound and compare the two mainstream modes of RCM and TPM in maintenance and management,from which RCM is used for research,considering the situation of the company X.To provide related introduction to theories of RCM and the "seven problems",as well as the FMECA analysis.To elaborate the four kinds of maintenance methods and the decision basis of RCM.(2)To introduce the status quo of X's coating workshop,and evaluate the reliability and maintainability of the equipment.To carry out detailed FMECA analysis of the medium coated robot within the key equipment.To propose RCM maintenance decision-making,in order to reduce the fault time and the loss by using the hazard evaluation and the risk coefficient method.(3)In view of the existing problems of X's maintenance and management including low efficiency artificial management and the difficult statistical analysis,the necessity of establishing informationized management system is clarified in this paper and the maintenance and management information system based on RCM was established.Detailed introduction about the design of framework and main function module of the system was put forward in this paper.Through the research and development of this subject,the informatization of equipment maintenance and management is realized,as well as enhancing sharing extent of effective resources.The reliable maintenance of equipment failure is available which reduces the loss of failure and the cost of maintenance,therefore,the enterprise's profitability is improved.
