With the continuous encouragement of national policies,the photovoltaic industry has developed rapidly in recent years.However,since most of China's photovoltaic power plants are distributed in the Gobi region of the western desert,dust and scale have a negative impact on the power generation of photovoltaic systems.According to statistics,China's photovoltaic power generation was affected by dust pollution and the power generation was reduced to 7.6 billion kWh,and the loss amounted to 3 billion yuan in 2015.It can be seen that dust is a bottleneck that seriously restricts the development of the photovoltaic power generation industry.Therefore,solving the impact of dust accumulation has become the top priority for photovoltaic power generation enterprises to increase power generation.Based on the above reasons,this paper proposes a mobile intelligent cleaning system for photovoltaic modules,which is used to solve the problem of dust on the photovoltaic module power generation efficiency in the western region.First of all,through the field research of photovoltaic power generation enterprises such as Wuwei Taifeng New Energy Co.,Ltd.and China Energy Conservation Gansu Wuwei Solar Power Co.,Ltd.,we have a preliminary understanding of the existing clean technology level of PV modules.Through reviewing a large number of relevant domestic and foreign literatures,we have mastered the research status and related technical solutions of photovoltaic module cleaning technology by experts and scholars at home and abroad.Secondly,through the analysis of meteorological conditions,photovoltaic array layout and dust,which mainly affect the power generation efficiency of photovoltaic modules,it is determined that under the current technical conditions,the dust removal of photovoltaic modules is the best way to improve the power generation efficiency of components.Thirdly,the mechanical part of the intelligent cleaning system was designed by SolidWorks software.The modular design concept was used to design the walking module,the parking module and the cleaning module.Still adopting the modular design concept,the power module,control circuit module and intelligent cleaning system operation mode are designed in detail.In order to make the system obtain stable and reliable power supply,this paper designed the MPPT photovoltaic charge and discharge controller.Based on the voltage perturbation method,a fully automatic MPPT photovoltaic charging controller is designed.The controller voltage loop in the power module is optimized,and the voltage feedback + PI regulator is used to realize the PCB proofing plate making.At the same time,the design and selection of the main control unit,driver,limit switch,raindrop sensor,dust detection sensor and DC motor in the control circuit are completed,and the PWM adjustment technology is combined to ensure the system is in the best clean state.Finally,based on the overall design,the relevant accessories were purchased and the intelligent cleaning system entity of the mobile photo voltaic module was produced.Through the field test in the photovoltaic power station,the data of the PV module before and after cleaning were collected and compared and analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the dust removal of the intelligent cleaning system.The test results show that the implementation of this project has important social,ecological and economic benefits.
