The flexible manufacturing technology and flexible manufacturing systems are widely used in the automotive industry and the technology is relatively mature,while the talents in intelligent manufacturing are scarce,and there are very few applications based on flexible manufacturing technology and related research in intelligent manufacturing teaching and training.In order to combine theoretical teaching and training to achieve better teaching results,and realize China's intelligent manufacturing 2025 to train a group of talents with professional expertise,this paper is based on flexible manufacturing basic theory and industrial robot technology application needs,and Combining with a school 2C1 R flexible manufacturing unit project,development and design a training room based on 2C1 R flexible manufacturing unit has high theoretical significance and practical value.Fisrt of all,this paper explained the related concepts,such as flexible,flexible manufacturing and industrial robots.Analyzed the basic theories of flexible manufacturing,including the connection and difference between flexible manufacturing and manufacturing flexibility,and flexible manufacturing.Technical requirements and classification of flexible manufacturing,and analysis of the advantages of flexible manufacturing units.Than,the overall planning and design of the 2C1 R flexible manufacturing unit is focused on the design method and process of the 2C1 R flexible manufacturing unit,including its component structure,fixture and auxiliary equipment design.Among them,the ODG-V6 high-speed machining center and CK40 horizontal type The structure and technical parameters of CNC lathe and ODG-JLRB20 six-axis industrial robot were analyzed and designed in detail,and the fault diagnosis method of 2C1 R flexible manufacturing unit was analyzed briefly.In addition,based on ASP.NET language and Webservice data transmission technology,the technical implementation method of 2C1 R flexible manufacturing unit is analyzed,communication and control design method of 2C1 R flexible manufacturing unit is analyzed base on the results of analysis.At last,in order to verify whether the 2C1 R flexible manufacturing unit designed in this paper meets the functional requirements,combined with the author's responsibility for a school's intelligent manufacturing training room project,combining theory with practice,according to the design of the school's professional teaching curriculum,the design based on the 2C1 R flexible manufacturing unit is designed.The training room includes six functional application scenarios: welding,grinding,stacking,spraying,sorting and disassembly.In addition,through the experiments of a flexible manufacturing system,the operating conditions of the scheduling layer,the machine tool and the Cartesian robot were tested.The experiment proved that the flexible manufacturing system has good reliability and can stably complete the processing task.
