At present,bucket-wheel stacker and cantilever stacker and other large bulk equipment are used to large-scale specialized wharf for large bulk cargoreclaimed and accumulation of storage,and for the small and medium-sized bulk wharf,the loader and excavator combination,or dump truck driving to the pile topdischargeloader push combination,or unloading platform and belt conveyor combination,those three kinds of technologyare often used toterminal yard or warehouse bulk material pile height.In view of the existing problems such as high energy consumption,low efficiency,low utilization rate of yard,equipments are various and security risks or bulky,difficult transition and large occupancy of equipment,and other problems in the way of stacking,this thesis presents a new type of rectangular loop chain bucket stacking machine from the technological innovation on the equipment and technology research and development,and takes its key component-rectangular loop chain bucket hoisting system as the research object,and carries on the theoretical research on the feed and transportation mechanics model and simulation study on feed and discharge characteristics ofrectangular loop chain bucket.The main contents of the thesis include the following aspects:(1)According to the existing problems of high heap technology and equipment,through the stacking requirements analysis,a new type of rectangular loop chain bucket stacking machine is put forward,complete the design of its overall scheme and the design of key components,complete the overall scheme design and key parts design,and analyses its working principle,technological process,economy,key technology and needs to focus on the research question.(2)Based on the theoretical analysis of the bucket feed load,the static model of the rectangular loop chain bucket feed was established,and the variation of the bucket feed load with the size of the hopper was determined,and the model was validated by EDEM simulation.In order to reduce the bucket feed static load and dynamic load,carried out the feed hopper size and structural optimization.(3)To establish the theoretical model of the conveying resistance of each section of the rectangular loop chain bucket conveying path,and to provide the theoretical basis for the design and calculation of the driving and transmission of the rectangular loop chain bucket.(4)According to the structural characteristics and working principle of the rectangular loop chain bucket,the external feed flow rate,running speed of the chain bucket and the bucket angle,chain bucket length and chain bucket height are selected as the main parameters,the influence of parameters on the feed and discharge characteristics of rectangular loop chain bucket was studied by EDEM simulation.The results show that the new type of rectangular loop chain bucket stacking machine have superior technical and economic performance.The research results of this thesis will provide the theoretical basis for the development and application of the key technology.
