Along with China's automobile to retire gradually into the rush hour,vehicle recycling work has been widely attracted much attention.However,the current small and medium-sized retired vehicle recycling dismantling enterprises which account for a larger proportion have the disadvantage of the widespread disassembly process confusion,less the disassembly equipment and a serious pollution occurred in dismantling.The above problems not only causes the poor economic efficiency of enterprises,but also seriously hampered the development of retired vehicle recycling economy.Therefore,this thesis presents a small scale of retired vehicles disassembly process and disassembly equipment configuration program.And the mobile disassembly platform(MDP)for small scale retired vehicles dismantling is designed,and the motion and service characteristics of the MDP under the disassembly and driving conditions are investigated.The main contents are as follows.On the basis of elaborating the characteristics of retired and disassembly of vehicle,and through the retired vehicle dismantling experiment,the typical disassembly equipment necessary for dismantling operation is summarized.Taking the enterprise investment quota and dismantling operation ability as the main variable,the non-linear mathematical model of enterprise yield based on disassembly equipment configuration is established,and according to the results obtained based on the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm,a small batch retired vehicles disassembly process and disassembly equipment configuration program are proposed.According to the functional requirements of the disassembly platform,the relevant national standards and the basic principles of design,the production plan and the overall design scheme of the MDP for small scale retired vehicles dismantling is proposed.And then the chassis selection,the platform layout scheme and the selection of the driving mode are completed.The structure of the typical special operation device is parameterized.The hydraulic drive system of the disassembly platform is designed and analyzed from the qualitative point of view.The multi-rigid-dynamic model of the vehicle raise and flipping mechanism under dismantling conditions is established.According to the geometrical relationships,the load force arm of the two kinds of raise and flipping action is analyzed.For different action schemes,the motion law and dynamic characteristics of the raise and flipping mechanism are studied from the point of view of design and application,and the feasibility of the design mechanism is verified by the comparative analysis of the data results.By simplifying the geometric model of the MDP,a virtual prototype model which situates in the driving condition is established.According to the GB/T 4970-2009,the ride comfort test of the MDP is carried out.Taking the vibration response of the frame platform as assessment index,the effect of the road input,driving speed and grades on the complete reliability of the MDP are analyzed and predicted in detail.The results show that the MDP has a good ride comfort.The mobile disassembly platform(MDP)proposed in this research can meet the needs of the small batch,specialized and standardized retired car dismantling.The MDP can also fill the gaps in the domestic research on special dismantling equipment for the retired vehicles.This research has a certain academic and engineering practical significance in the innovation and development of the automobile recycling technology and equipment.
