Disassembly is a vital segment in the recycling system of retired vehicles.With the increasing number of retired vehicles and the higher requirement for the remanufacturing project quality,developing the disassembly line of retired vehicles has become a technical means to realize the high efficient recycling.However,the retired vehicles under complex sources have brought a lot of uncertainty to the disassembly process,which makes disassembly line design problem more complicated.According to the request of the research on dismantling and recycling technology of retired passenger car,the project is the national high technology research and development program of China,this paper focus on the design problem of the disassembly line for retired vehicles under complex sources,the main work in this paper is as follows:The dismantling process of retired vehicles was designed according to the requirements of relevant laws and regulations,and the vehicle dismantling process route was planned.Through the vehicle dismantling test,the uncertainty factors in the disassembly process were studied,which can provide a fundamental data support for the design of the disassembly line.According to the design principle of the disassembly line,the paper completed the general scheme design of the disassembly line.In order to minimize the workstation number and balance workload between workstation,it is assumed that the operating time of workstation can only satisfy the cycle time constraint with a certain probability.In this case,a mathematic model for disassembly line balancing problem with stochastic operation time was developed.By using genetic algorithm,a balance scheme was obtained.The U-shaped layout and delivery mode of disassembly line was designed,which can provide the basis for the disassembly line simulation.In order to consider ergonomics in the design process,the energy expenditure simulation of the dismantling process was completed based on the energy consumption evaluation theory.After obtaining the energy consumption rate,the metabolic energy expenditure smoothing index SE was put forward to quantitatively evaluate the fatigue degree of the operators in disassembly line,and a new disassembly line balance model based on the goal of energy expenditure balance was established.By solving the model,a balance scheme considering the energy expenditure of the operators in disassembly line was obtained.The dynamic simulation model of the disassembly line system was established in Plant Simulation to verify the balance strategy.Then the equipment utilization rate of each station and disassembly line capacity was taken as evaluation index under the stable operation to find the bottleneck station.In order to solve the problem,the design of disassembly line buffer was put forward,and the minimum capacity of buffer was determined correspondingly by comparative analysis,which solved the bottleneck problem of disassembly line and improved the disassembly efficiency.Based on the research of the design of the disassembly production line of the retired vehicles under complex sources,the disassembly process flow of the decommissioning automobile was planned,and the balance of the disassembly production line was solved.It provided a theoretical basis and technical support for the recycling and dismantling enterprises to achieve the high efficiency disassembly of retired vehicle.
