Research On BIM Supervision Management System Based On B/S And C/S Hybrid Architecture

BIM has been paid more and more attention in our country.The government has emphasized the importance of BIM for many times.Actually,the popularization and development of BIM in our country is not only the new power to our country's construction industry,but also the new opportunity to our country's supervision industry.Construction supervision is an indispensable part of the construction industry.Making full use of Supervision's ability is very important to achieve the goal of the project.However,the construction supervision in our country has not been fully demonstrated,and the status of supervision is not prominent.Actually they face many problems,such as complex engineering technology,large amount of information flow,lots of participants and coordination difficulties.Building a supervision management system based on BIM can make the supervision's work simple and clear.In the control of the progress,supervisor uses BIM technology do construction simulation,and then compares it with the actual.It can be more intuitive to see the problems of the progress.In the control of the quality,supervisor can be more strict to control the materials based on the BIM platform,so that to improve the quality of the project.In terms of safety management,supervisor can find the hidden danger through the construction simulation and give measures.This paper describes the development status and the application of BIM in the supervision industry according to the development background in our country and abroad,and then establishes the technical route and research methods.Then the paper analysis the demand of the BIM supervision system from the business requirements,user requirements,functional requirements and non functional requirements.So that to clear the focus of system design.After that this paper constructs internal structure of supervision system based on C/S software structure and constructs external structure of supervision system based on B/S software structure,and designs the function module,coordination mechanism,data conversion and security architecture of the system.At last the paper analysis the function of the system in the case of Jingzhou civil defense engineering and Demonstrate the superiority of the system in the management.In order to improve the system and achieve the unrealized function,the paper end with some suggestions.
