In recent years,China's highway mileage ranks first in the world,as well as the sustained rapid growth of vehicle ownership,congestion phenomenon of highway toll station is becoming increasingly frequent.China's manual semi-automatic toll collection(MTC)based mixed charging is difficult to solve the current predicament.The electronic toll collection(ETC)network operation and rapid development,effectively enhance the efficiency of toll station,slow down the toll station congestion,reduce energy consumption,and promote the development of regional economy.However,in some sections with large traffic flow,holiday travel,return peak and other special periods,some highway toll stations slow and even large area congestion still exist in varying degrees.How to optimize and perfect the ETC Lane Setting and service,according to the high speed vehicle flow and payment types,determine the number of MTC and ETC lanes of the toll station dynamically and ensure the maximum smooth flow,which is an urgent subject to be studied.In view of this,in this paper,the classification and composition of highway toll station,the comparison of different types of toll lane layout form of domestic and foreign ETC Lane classification,composition of different types of ETC lane,the analysis of the basic characteristics of different sizes of different types of toll station and toll lane.Then,taking the toll station of Zhengzhou New District as an example,the optimal allocation model of system resources under the given constraints is established,which does not involve the other problems of highway management.Establish the minimum cost benefit ratio model.Under the condition of knowing the toll station traffic condition,road condition,investment scale,service level requirement and driver's payment mode selection behavior,the optimal allocation scheme of the best toll mode is calculated quantitatively.Determine the combination of lanes with different charging methods.At the same time,through sensitivity analysis,to explore the impact of a program of many uncertainties,determine the impact of the program effect on one or several factors.Finally,based on the toll station numerical calculation,it puts forward to establish and perfect the platform of ETC operation management,which provides a technical way to improve the traffic efficiency and comprehensive income.At the same time,aiming at the crux of inefficient congestion,ETC application promotion strategy was proposed.Adhere to the combination of government guidance and market promotion,increase toll station ETC lanes at the same time,in the majority of car owners to promote the use of ETC smart card proportion.Combined with the toll station,the adjustment strategy of toll lane was proposed.The conclusions of this paper have positive guiding significance and comprehensive benefits to improve the toll station efficiency.
