The process of complex product design requires repeated use interdisciplinary mutual crisscross complex in all walks of life.The industry knowledge,along with the continuous renewal of product development technology development are contained in every link of product design.Therefore,the development and design process of complex products must also be a difficult development process of the large number of task units,complex interaction,and various resource categories.There aremany resources conflict in collaborative design process of complex product due to the resource demand amount exceeds the maximum capacity.And the resource conflict will inevitably cause the existence of design of incongruity;on the other hand,the conflicts will prompt designers to find problems and solve the problem as early as possible,and achieve the purpose of improving product performance indicators and satisfy the requirement of the domain experts.Aiming at the above problems,this paper adopts the timing constrained petri net(TCPN)technology to construct the collaborative design process of complex products and realize the study of resource conflict resolution of complex products.Firstly,the design task element module of complex product is divided based on genetic algorithm.On the basis of using the new definition of task decomposition principle to define the design task in the development of complex product,we apply the analytic hierarchy process and calibration method for calculating the complex product collaborative development design task element in four aspects: physical function,characteristics,geometric relationship analysis and quantitative correlation factor.Then construct the numerical matrix of the task element of the complex product collaborative design task based on DSM theory,and solve the complex product design task element cluster operation by genetic clustering algorithm,and get an optimal design task module partition plan.Secondly,construct resource scheduling model of design task module based on TCPN.It mainly solves the resource constraint problem of design tasks in modules on the basis of task module partition of complex product collaborative design task and the resource constraint problem of concurrent development of design task modules is no longer considered.According to the constraint of resources in time,the resource constrained model of design task module can be structured by TCPN net,with redefining the time parameters and design resource task changes in activities.After analyzing the basic structure design task resource constraint TCPN net element in the input and output changes of the number of resources,the design task changes are divided into two categories:synchronous activity change and non-synchronous activity.according to the two different types ofactivity changes,the rules of resource constrained scheduling are given differently.And design the resource constrained scheduling algorithm and modified algorithm in order to make the design task module resource constraint TCPN net scheduling.Finally,take a vehicle development project of J enterprise as an example,the design task element module based on genetic algorithm is used to cluster the design task elements in the vehicle collaborative development,and get an optimal design task element module partition plan.In addition,the design task element in each module is built and solved based on TCPN.Finally,all the design task variables in complex product resource constrained TCPN network can be scheduled.
