White blood cells in human blood are divided into five categories: lymphoid,mononuclear cells,neutrophils,eosinophils and basophils.At present,the classification types of white blood cells is mainly rely on foreign equipment.In order to change the situation,a Blood smear automatic scanner was developed to realize automatic scanning of Blood smear.The paper introduces the background of the research,the status of the development at home and abroad as well as the significance of this topic.According to the demand of the control system,the corresponding performance indexes are put forward.According to the modular design idea,the system is divided into storage storage module,manipulator module,scanning platform module,and the modules are designed in detail.Considering the resource requirements of the system,the system adopts the control scheme of PC + motion control board +RS-485 bus + MCU.The DMC1380 motion control board is selected as the main control board,and the absolute servo motor is selected as the executive part.It ensures the control accuracy of the system while solving the problem of self recovery after the accident of power failure.In view of the fast shooting speed of the image,the system chooses the industrial camera to solve the problem.Other components used in the system,such as step motor,DC motor and MCU,are also selected.Based on the selected components and models,the measurement and control system circuits of each module are designed,including storage bin,upper and lower machine measurement and control circuit,scanning table measurement and control circuit,manipulator upper and lower computers measurement and control circuit,and the PCB board has been tested and debugged repeatedly.On the basis of exploring two-dimensional image recognition algorithm,image contour extraction,autofocus and other image processing algorithms,we designed the running software of upper and lower computers including motion control,image recognition and fast focusing.Aiming at the problem that communication between upper and lower computers may be wrong,software has made corresponding error handling mechanism on the upper and lower computers to ensure the reliability of the system.In view of the needs of mass production,the system storage machine parameter initialization file is set up to facilitate the adjustment.In addition,considering the possibility of accidental interruption in the operation of the system,the system has designed a set of self inspection solutions through the absolute servo motor.After the test of the test and control system designed and made in this paper,a good operation effect has been achieved.In addition,the system also provides hundreds of thousands of collected cell images for the leucocyte classification software developers,and the effect of automatic cell classification is ideal.
