RV reducer is widely used in food processing,machinery manufacturing,automotive manufacturing,electronic and electrical industry,logistics and transportation industries.Its dynamics research plays an important role in improving the structure performance.The main contents of this paper in this paper are as follows:First,on the basis of analyzing the functions and transmission principles of the RV reducer,the theoretical transmission speed of the parts,the transmission ratio and the meshing frequency value of the system are derived by the method transformation gear system.The three-dimensional modeling and assembly of the whole machine are completed.According to the transmission process,the rodent force between cycloid plate and the needle tooth and the bearing force are studied.Second,import the simplified geometric model into Hypermesh,and use hexahedral element to establish the finite element model.Then complete the finite element simulation and modal test of single part and whole structure.Third,the virtual prototype simulation model is built by Adams,and the dynamic simulation analysis is completed.According to the principle of speed synthesis,the difference of speed composition and Fourier transform,revolution speed is obtained.Forth,the optimization variables are selected rationally,and the optimization of the single objective and multi target is carried out with the optimization objective of the quality and the maximum contact stress.The modal results show that the first natural frequency of the RV reducer is far away from the meshing frequency.Therefore,in the working process,the possibility of the reducer to resonate is small.The dynamic simulation shows that the speed and rotation speed of each part are in accordance with the theory.The change curve of the indirect contact force between the needle tooth and the cycloid plate is roughly satisfied with the change law of the periodic harmonic curve,and the maximum contact force is not quite different from the theoretical calculation.In the optimization design,the results of two single objective optimization methods are consistent.In multi-objective optimization,the optimal effect of maximum contact stress is obvious,and the effect of quality optimization is not obvious.The above research improves the theoretical and experimental basis of the RV reducer,and has a certain guiding significance for the parameterized optimization design.
