| As one of the important parts of the aircraft steering gear system,the planetary reducers performance affects the accuracy and efficiency of the steering gear system,thus affecting the flight accuracy of the aircraft.In this paper,based on the technical requirements of the transmission device in the steering gear system,a new planetary reducer is designed and its dynamic characteristics are studied.The structure of planetary gear reducer is designed based on the redundancy strategy and the planetary gear design theory.Including the design of gear,planetary frame,box and bearing selection.Complete 2D engineering drawings and assembly of 3D model.The strength of dangerous gear of planetary reducer is checked by theoretical calculation method and finite element method,and the force analysis and strength checking of planetary frame are carried out too.The finite element software is used to check the strength and axial stiffness of the box.First,Analysing the modal characteristics of planetary reducer.The differential equation of transmission system vibration was established according to the elastic dynamics theory,and the natural frequency of the transmission system was calculated by MATLAB.Then,the lowest natural frequency,deformation trend and mode of the reducer transmission system and the whole machine were solved in ANSYS Workbench.The resonance problem can be effectively avoided by using the analysis results of the two modes.The dynamic characteristics of planetary reducer are analyzed by using dynamic analysis software.Firstly,setting the boundary condition and drive of 3D model in ADAMS software.Then,the dynamic simulation test of the multi-rigid reducer is carried out under different working forms of single input and double input,and its dynamic characteristics in time domain and frequency domain are analyzed in ADAMS.Finally,using the theory of mechanical dynamics to build the rigidity and flexible drive system mathematic model,and using the Simulink module to set up the rigid and flexible traditional modular system dynamic simulation,simulation and analysis of planetary gear reducer in the sine excitation,switch motor and impact load dynamic response characteristics of emergency conditions. |
