In recent years,with the rapid development of society,the construction of power system has been intensified.Substations play an important role in transmitting and redistributing electric energy.This design strictly follows the national laws and regulations,takes the economic construction policy as the guiding principle,makes full use of the specialized theoretical knowledge related to electrical design,and introduces a series of design criteria and design methods in the design process of power system engineering,taking the overall conditions as the starting point,combining with the actual situation.We should adopt scientific,reasonable and feasible methods to correctly handle a series of contradictions and difficult problems which are difficult to mediate in economy and safety,development and environment,life and production,and in various fields.We should be reliable and applicable to the requirements of production technology,main equipment and main project.According to the main research contents of the electrical design of the 66 kV stepdown substation in Inner Mongolia Xing'an League,this paper studies the reliability and safety of the integrated automation system and the main line power supply,introduces the principle of reactive power compensation device,and gives the corresponding voltage and reactive power control strategy.In order to further enhance the stability and safety of Xing'an Meng Substation in the process of operation,a long-term and reasonable load operation plan has been formulated for the design and construction of Xing'an Meng 66 kV step-down substation,and the selection of 66 kV outlet line has been completed;the analysis and calculation of load;the determination of reactive power compensation;the number of main transformers,models and The determination of related technologies such as capacity,the formulation of electrical main wiring scheme,mainly introduces the principles and basic requirements of various main wiring optimization,the calculation of short-circuit current,detailed description of the relevant provisions and assumptions of short-circuit current calculation,component parameters and the calculation of each shortcircuit point,the selection of main electrical equipment,including busbar.Isolation switches,current and voltage transformers,high-voltage circuit breakers,and adopt a scientific way to conduct a comprehensive and strict review of these equipment.In addition,the transformer relay protection system is thoroughly and comprehensively discussed and analyzed,and a safe and reliable system scheme is designed.At the same time,according to the design scheme and the design purpose,a series of contents such as distribution device and lightning protection measures are planned in detail,so as to ensure the long-term and reliable power supply of the substation.
