The west coast with a new round of comprehensive implementation of the national power grid planning and capital,energy and technology intensive high value-added industries,the rapid growth in electricity demand,the West Coast District Power Grid has ushered in a new round of construction climax.All levels of power grid will further expand the coverage,the coastal economic belt will form a double chain radiation structure power supply network.With the development of power grid construction projects all cannot do without pre planning of strong power grid,power grid planning in the whole city has been decisive role in power network,city planning and construction of power grid operation is good or not depends on whether the city grid is scientific,economic and reasonable,for the power supply enterprise fixed assets amount huge,city network the planning work always plays a decisive role in the survival and development of power supply enterprises.The power grid planning of the entire West Coast new area is in the initial stage,facing many problems.At present,the West Coast district power load in the next ten years far beyond the power supply,all kinds of social problems and environmental protection,clean energy and power grid planning are facing huge issue.In the face of the arduous task of the network planning,the planning work needs to sort out the existing problems,innovate the work ideas,improve work efficiency,and lay a good foundation for the smooth implementation of the project.This paper aims at some problems through the analysis of load forecasting,power grid planning and existence,put forward the improvement measures,improve the efficiency and quality of work,combined with the analysis of the present situation of the economic zone of the West Coast District,on load forecasting,the totalelectricity consumption and some social problems occurred in the district planning conducted in-depth study and put forward the advice and planning.This paper combined with the relevant contents of power grid planning and load control theory,expounds the saturated load forecasting and spatial load forecasting and prediction method of modern planning,combined with the west coast economic area at present situation of the electric power system,analyzes the main problems of load forecasting and power network planning,and puts forward the main direction of the future network planning,upgrade program control solutions including clean energy construction and ecological protection,social problems,and finally put forward specific measures to safeguard the planning smoothly.
