Photoanode is an important part of dye-sensitized solar cells. It has the effects of adsorbing dyes, transmitting electrons and separating electrons-holes.Usually,conventional photoanode is made of nanoTiO2 or other semiconductor oxides. As the result of the difference between the nanoparticle size and the wavelength of incident light, some of the incident light passing through photoanode cannot be utilized.Scattering layer can solve the problem effectively,as its submicron size which is similar to the wavelength of visible light and makes the light scattered to be used more times to improve the performance of DSSCs.In this dissertation, two kinds of scattering materials were prepared and then applied in the photoanode.1)After exfoliaed, kaolin, tetrabutyl titanate and Yb3+were mixed and fabricated by a solvothermal process to fabricate the scattering materials. The materials'structure were characterized by XRD,SEM,BET,Uv-vis and DRS,respectively. The DSSC electrochemistry performances were tested by J-V,EIS,IPCE and OCVD.The results indicate that after introducing scattering layers, the light-electricity conversion efficiency improves from 6.51%to 7.40%.2)Metal-organic-frameworks?MOFs?materials:MIL-125-NH2 was obtained through solvothermal method and decorated by down-conversion materials:Sm3+.Compared with conventional scattering layers, the specific area of MOFs can reach357.9 m2/g,which can provide more active sites to adsorb dyes. After analysis, the conversion efficiency of DSSCs with this scattering materials is increased by 34.17%.
